"To provide a selection of alternate carriers to ports and
points inland for FCL or LCL shipments, whether 20', 40' or
other such specialized container equipment, the rates listed
in this tariff shall provide varying rates as designated by
respective ocean carriers and be differentiated by ocean
carrier service name or other such indentifiable
abbreviation thereof. In the event that a shipper selected
ocean carrier cannot provide the required equipment to
faciliate the movement of said freight, the shipper will
then be responsible for the selection of any other listed
ocean carrier to effect shipment to ports and points inland
as specified. All costs associated with change of selection
of ocean carrier shall be of shipper's account."
