making specific reference hereto are SBJ to the INLAND
ON-FORWARDING DOCUMENT CHARGE shown below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
     
a. On Door shipments delivered to Consignee's premises at
   inland points in the United States:
    
       Inland On-Forwarding Document Charge:
    
         US$ 75.00 per shipment (per B/L)
