All shipments of BOATS moving on the Rates named in any governed NSA
From, To or Through the Ports listed below will be SBJ to the
TERMINAL/PIER HANDLING/WHARFAGE CHARGES (THC) provided below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges. When the
term "ON REQUEST" is listed at the additional charge, such charge will
be indicated in the individual NSA SBJ to this Rule.
