Except as otherwise provided in an individual NSA, all shipments moving
on the Rates named in any governed NSA applying FROM/TO/THRU a POL or
POD in the United States that Originates at or is Destined to Ports and
Points in the Countries named in Rules 1.3 and 1.4 of this Tariff which
will remain on Board a transporting Vessel which calls at any Canadian
Port before it is discharged at POD will be SBJ to the ACI/FROB CHARGE
(ACI) named below to cover compliance with the Canada Border Service
Agency Regulations requiring the electronic filing of Advance Commercial
Information on Foreign Cargo Remaining On Board (FROB), which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
     
a. On LCL shipments FROM/TO/THRU POLs & PODs in the United States FROB at
   any Canadian Port the applicable ACI will be as follows:
    
      FROM/TO/THRU PORTS  CURRENCY    CHARGE PER B/L

       Any POL in the        USD           7.00  
        United States
     -----------------------------------------------
    
b. On FCL shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States FROB at
   any Canadian Port the applicable ACI will be as follows:

       Any POL in the        USD     NONE CURRENTLY IN EFFECT
        United States

If for any reason, other than Carrier's error or omission, any
correction and/or amendment is made to the data that was already
transmitted thru the Canada Border Service Agency Advance Commercial
Information System, Carrier will assess the ACI CORRECTION/AMENDMENT
FEE named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
   
c.  When a Correction/Amendment must be made to any ACI transmission
    that has already occurred the applicable ACI CORRECTION/AMENDMENT
    FEE will be as follows:
