All shipments moving on the Rates named in any governed NSA applying
FROM/THRU a POL in the United States Destined TO/THRU any Port in the
European Union may be SBJ to an IMPORT CONTROL SYSTEM ENTRY SUMMARY
DECLARTION FEE (ENS) named within an individual NSA.  Such charge will
be assessed to cover compliance with the European Commission's Import
Control System Regulations requiring the electronic filing of Entry
Summary Declarations on all cargo destined to, moving through, or
remaining on board vessel at, any Port in the European Union which
must be electronically lodged through the European Commission Import
Control Systems' ENS at least 24 hours before the commencement of
loading at the United States POL.
