When specific reference is made to this Rule, or to Pierpass Charges, in
any governed NSA, any shipment moving on the rates SBJ hereto, entering
or exiting the Port Terminals of Los Angeles & Long Beach, CA via
surface roads may be SBJ to the TRAFFIC MITIGATION FEES [TMF] (PierPass)
named therein, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
    
1. The TRAFFIC MITIGATION FEE [TMF or PierPass] will apply follows:
   
  I. Shipments entering or exiting the Port Terminals between the
       hours of 3:00AM thru 6:00PM, Monday through Friday will be SBJ
       to the charge listed in governed NSA named herein.
     
       Exceptions: The Charge will NOT apply on:
         A.  Empty Containers
         B.  Chassis without Containers
         C.  Containers entering the Port Terminals via the
              Alameda Corridor
        
  II. Shipments entering or exiting the Port Terminals between the
        hours of 6:01PM and 2:59AM, Monday through Thursday, or
        between the hours of 6:01PM Friday and 2:59AM Monday will NOT
        be subject to the Charge named therein.
