Except as otherwise provided on an individual Web Rate Page (TLI) in
this Tariff, all shipments moving on the Rates and Charges named in this
Tarfff FROM/TO/THRU any United States Port or Point transported by the
underlying Vessel Operator(s) (VOCC) named below, may be SBJ to the one or
more of the Surcharges as provided in, and SBJ to, the provisions of such
VOCC's Federal Maritime Commission regulated Tariff and/or VOCC Service
Contract.
  
Except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Tariff, when
Shipper provides prior approval of, and agrees to the payment of, the
charge(s) listed below (including when the Shipper accepts Carrier's
rate quote), Pegasus International will forward any of the Underlying
NVOCC/VOCC Surcharge(s) listed herein, when they are assessed by such
underlying NVOCC/VOCC, to the party paying freight and charges for payment.
Such charges will be passed thru at cost without discount, markup or
amendment, and which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
harges.

      SPECIFED IN THE FEDERAL MARITIME COMMISSION REGULATED TARIFF OR
      SERVICE CONTRACT OF THE VOCCs NAMED BELOW (SBJ to Note A below):

     NOTE A: Except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this
      Tariff, Pegasus International will forward any Surcharge
      PSS Charges assessed by the VOCC(s) named above for payment to the
      party paying freight and other charges.
