When the Carrier furnishes an estimation of shipping charges, either
orally or in writing, such estimate will be provided on the basis of
the shipment parameters provided by the potential Shipper as they are
applied to the currently effective applicable Tariff rates, charges
and provisions.  Estimates of freight and charges are provided as a
convenience to the shipping public and represent nothing more than an
approximation of likely freight and charges that would be assessed at
the time the estimate is provided.  Such estimates will NOT be binding
upon either the Carrier or the Shipper; rather all freight and charges
assessed for actual transportation movements will be based upon the
actual parameters of the cargo tendered when applied to the applicable
Tariff rates, charges and provisions in effect on the date of shipment.
