a. EUROPEAN UNION: As of 1 April 2025, all Economic Operators are requred
   to comply with the European Union's (EU) Import Control Systems 2
   (ICS2).  ICS2 regulations require the filing of an Entry Summary
   Declaration (ENS) for all goods transported to or through an EU POD
   prior to the transporting vessel's arrival at the first EU Port of Call.
   Therefore, except as otherwise provided on an individual Web Rate Page
   (TLI) in this Tariff, all shipments moving on any Rate named in this
   Tariff applying FROM/THRU a POL in the United States that is destined
   TO/THRU any Port in the EU will be SBJ to the IMPORT CONTROL SYSTEM
   ENTRY SUMMARY DECLARTION FEE (ENS) named herein.  Additionally any
   shipment of cargo which will remain on Board a transporting Vessel
   (FROB) while the vessel is at an EU Port before such cargo is to be
   discharged at a POD outside the EU, will also be SBJ to the ENS Charge
   named herein.  Such charge is assessed to cover compliance with the ICS2
   regulations which require the electronic filing of the ENS as specified
   herein.  Further Carrier will require that all documentation to allow
   the timely completion of an ENS filing must be received at least 24
   (twenty-four) hours prior to the commencement of loading at the United
   States POL.  Finally, this charge shall be in addition to all other
   applicable charges.
  
  1. On LCL shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO/THRU/FROB
     at any European Union Port the applicable ENS will be as follows:

  2. On FCL shipments FROM/THRU POLs in the United States TO/THRU/FROB

b. EU ENS CORRECTIONS: If for any reason, other than Carrier's error or
   omission, any correction and/or amendment is made to the data that
   was already transmitted thru the EU's ICS2 Entry Summary Declaration
   System, Carrier will assess the ENS CORRECTION/AMENDMENT FEE named
   below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
   charges.
   
        When a Correction/Amendment must be made to any ENS
        transmission that has already occurred the applicable ENS
        CORRECTION/AMENDMENT FEE will be as follows:
