Except as otherwise provided on an individual Web Rate Page (TLI) in
this Tariff, all shipments moving on the Rates and Charges named in this
Tariff TO/FROM any United States Port or Point FROM/TO any Foreign Port or
Point transported by the underlying Vessel Operator(s) (VOCC) named
below, may be SBJ to an EQUIPMENT IMBALANCE SURCHARGE (EIS) as provided
in, and SBJ to, the provisions of such VOCC's Federal Maritime Commission
regulated Tariff.
  
Except as may be otherwise specifically provided in this Tariff, Ocean
Track will forward any EIS Charge assessed by the VOCC(s) named below for
payment to the party paying freight and charges without discount, markup
or amendment, and which charge shall be in addition to all other other
applicable charges.
  
       EIS CHARGE TO BE PASSED THROUGH AS SPECIFED IN THE FEDERAL
      MARITIME COMMISSION REGULATED TARIFFS BY THE VOCCs NAMED BELOW:
