Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff FROM/TO the Inland
Points in the United States named herein TO/FROM the Inland Points in
Europe named herein, when moving via the underlying VOCCs specified,
are SBJ to the INLAND FUEL SURCHARGE (IFS) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other other applicable charges.
   
a. On Shipments FROM/TO Inland Points in European Union Countries or the
   United Kingdom named herein the IFS on FCL shipments will be (SBJ to
   Paragraph c. herein):
