Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff TO United States Ports
or Points FROM Points in Europe on the Rhine River which move to CONT
Origin Ports via Barge Service for transportation to United States Ports
or points by the underlying Vessel Operators (VOCCs) named below will be
SBJ to the LOW WATER RHINE SURCHARGE (LWSRh) assessed by such VOCCs, when
and ONLY when such LWSRh is assessed by such underlying VOCC.  Except as
otherwide specifically provided in this Tariff, Ocean Track will forward
the LWSRh for payment to the party paying freight and charges without 
discount or markup and which charge shall be in addition to all other
other applicable charges.
  
       LWSRh CHARGE TO BE PASSED THROUGH AS SPECIFED IN THE FEDERAL
      MARITIME COMMISSION REGULATED TARIFFS BY THE VOCCs NAMED BELOW:
