Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages, all shipments
moving on the Rates named in this Tariff FROM/TO/THRU Ports and Points
in the United States named below TO/FROM/THRU Ports and Points in the
Countries named below are SBJ to the IMO SOx [SULFUR OXIDE] EMISSIONS
COMPLIANCE SURCHARGE (SOx) named below, which charge has been
established to offset underlying VOCC charges imposed on all Cargo as a
result of IMO Regulation 14.  This charge shall be in addition to all
other applicable charges.
  
a. On shipments FROM/TO/THRU Ports in the United States the
   applicable LCL SOx will be as follows:
  
      TO/FROM/THRU PORTS  CURRENCY    W, M or W/M, 
         & POINTS IN:                 as freighted
