Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs), all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff BETWEEN/THRU the United
States Ports named herein, on the one hand, AND/THRU on the other the
ports in Europe named herein are SBJ to the LOW SULPHUR FUEL SURCHARGE
(LSFS) named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
other applicable charges.
a. On Shipments FROM/TO/THRU the Ports of Halifax or Montreal, CANADA;
or the UNITED STATES Ports of Boston, MA/Charleston, SC/Chester,
PA/Houston, TX/Jacksonville, FL/Miami, FL/NY Destination Ports/NY
Origin Ports/Port Everglades, FL/Savannah, GA/Wilmingtonm,
DE/Wilmington, NC:
1. TO/FROM/THRU the Ports of Antwerp or Zeebrugge, BELGIUM; Bremen,
Bremerhaven or Hamburg, GERMANY; Rotterdam, NETHERLANDS; or
Liverpool or Southampton, UNITED KINGDOM the applicable FCL LSFS
