on the rates named in this Tariff FROM/THRU Ports in Japan are SBJ to
the CFS RECEIVING CHARGES and/or TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES provided
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
     
A. CFS Receiving Charges (CFS) - See NOTE 1:

NOTE 1: The Origin Receiving Charges named herein may be listed
 separately as a CFS Charge and a THC Charge on Carrier's B/L or freight
 invoice, OR, the CFS Receiving Charge named herein may be calculated
 together with the LCL Terminal Handling Charge shown herein and listed
 together as a total Origin Receiving Charge amount on one line on
 Carrier's B/L or freight invoice.
