Except as otherwise provided, the Minimum Charge per Bill of
Lading will be the charge for one cubic meter or 1000 kilos
(as freighted) of the commodity being shipped.
The Minimum Charge to be assessed will be equal to the all
inclusive (Inclusive of BAF, CAF and DDC) rate applicable.
