                        IS MADE HERETO)
   
Breakbulk cargo which is transported on rates named in
Tariffs governed by this Tariff will be SBJ to the
Overwidth and/or Overheight VOID Charges named in this
Rule.
   
No Overwidth or Overheight VOID Charges will apply when
cargo transported on a Flatrack does not exceed the
interior width of the flatrack AND does not exceed 8 ft.
high (measured from the floor of a Flatrack to the cargo's
highest point).  When cargo moving does exceed the interior
width of a flatrack and/or is 8 ft. high then the overwidth
and/or overheight VOID charges named in the individual TLI
SBJ to this Rule will be assessed which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable charges.
