RULE: 10.14 - IFS - INLAND FUEL SURCHARGE - FCL Eff: 25MAR2015

In order to permit Carrier to recover the increased costs
for inland (either Truck, Rail or Combination thereof)
transportation services that are provided in connection with
Minilandbridge or Microbridge Intermodal (IPI) Shipments,
Reverse Inland Point Intermodal (RIPI) Shipments, West Coast
Local Door Delivery Shipments, or East Coast Local Door
Delivery Shipments, Carrier will assess the INLAND FUEL
SURCHARGE named below, which charge shall be in addition
to all other applicable charges.
    
  INLAND FUEL SURCHARGE (IFS) Shall be:
  
I.  FROM THE FAR EAST TO THE UNITED STATES:
     
  1. On LCL Shipments:
    
       NONE Currently In Effect
   
  2. On FCL Shipments:
   
    a.1 On IPI Shipments:
    
           NONE Currenty In Effect
    
    
    a.2 On RIPI Shipments:
    
           NONE Currenty In Effect
      
    
    b. On West Coast Local Door Delivery Shipments destined
        to points in CA, OR or WA and On East Coast Local
        Door Delivery Shipments to points in CT, DC, DE,
        FL, GA, MA, MD, NC, NJ, NY, PA, SC, RI & VA (when
        moving via USEC Ports):

II. FROM THE UNITED STATES TO THE FAR EAST:

The Inland Fuel Charge named in this Rule will be reviewed
and adjusted effective 1 October 2005 and each quarter
thereafter, based on the average prices quoted by Trucking
Companies, Railroads and Underlying Vessel Operating Common
Carriers utilized by Carrier.
