RULE: 10.87 - LAX CLEAN TRUCK COORDINATION FEE [CTF] Eff: 29JAN2009

a. Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, and
   EXCEPT when Beneficial Owner of the Cargo (BOC) makes
   independent arrangements to directly pay all Clean Truck
   Fees applicable on FCL shipments, all shipments moving
   on the rates named in this Tariff, or in Tariffs subject
   to this Tariff, entering or exiting the Marine Port
   Terminals of Los Angeles & Long Beach, CA via surface
   roads will be SBJ to the CLEAN TRUCK FEE assessed by the
   Port Authorities.  Such charge will be advanced or
   forwarded by the Carrier for payment with all other
   freight and charges.
   
b. ON LCL SHIPMENTS: Carrier will assess the CLEAN TRUCK
   CHARGE FEE (CTF-LCL) listed below on all LCL shipments
   moving in containers picked up from or delivered to the
   Marine Port Terminals named in paragraph a.
    
{A} EFFECTIVE Date of: 1 March 2009    
       CTF-LCL Fee:  US$ 3.00 W/M, (SBJ to a Minimum
                            Charge of US$3.00 per B/L)
    
c. Carrier will assess the CLEAN TRUCK HANDLING FEE (CTF)
   named below on all FCL shipments, either when Carrier is
   responsible for both the payment of the CTF and the
   arrangement of the container delivery or release, or
   when Carrier only arranges container delivery or release
   on behalf of a BOC (Beneficial Owner of the Cargo) who
   independently pays the CTF.  This charge shall be in
   addition to and independent of any applicable Clean
   Truck Fees named above.
    
{A} EFFECTIVE Date of: 1 March 2009    
       CTF Handling Fee:   US$ 20.00 PC
    
d. Before Carrier will handle any FCL Container entering or
   exiting the Marine Port Terminals named above, every BOC
   MUST enter into a prior written agreement with Carrier
   specifying payment arrangements and disposition of any
   container demurrage charges that result from Clean Truck
   requirements.
