CFS or CY cargo that has been loaded to a vessel at any
port may be discharged at any subsequent port in the Far
East for stuffing additional cargo and/or unstuffing,
including transloading from one container into another
container.  Such cargo may be coloaded with additional
CFS or consolidators' CY cargo by the ocean carrier or
its agent or a consolidator into same or other container
at its designated CFS or one consolidator's warehouse, on
board vessel or at pier alongside with vessel berths.
Additional charges will be for account of carriers,
including drayage to and from one consolidator's warehouse,
but excluding any unstuffing charge at the consolidator's
warehouse.
    
Container(s) may also be consolidated for one consignee and
delivered to a single Bill of Lading Destination but freight
for each container must be paid by a single party.
    
NOTE 1: Consolidation for a single consignee will be per-
mitted per container rates under this rule notwithstanding
any other rule in this tariff, except where alternation of
rates will result in lower ocean freight charges.
     
NOTE 2: For prorating of mixed shipments moving at per
container rates please refer to Mixing Rule 101.
    
For CY Origin Cargo Only
      
In a case where a single consignee has a CY shipment
originating from different Loading ports, to be trans-
shipped at a hub port in the Far East, the full container
ORC should be assessed for each shipment from each
different origin port and also for the port for the
consolidated shipment.
    
In a case of a shipment consisting of more than one shipper
on a CY basis from more than one origin  port, moving on
seperate Bills of Lading at one origin, transhipped at a
hub port and reconsolidated into one container with cargo
from  other origins, the ORC should be applied based on a
pro rated amount for each consignee for the first leg to the
transhipment port, plus the full box ORC from the
transhipment port.
