THIS RULE IS APPLICABLE TO TARIFF NOs. 105, 106 & 107 ONLY

Unless otherwise indicated in individual commodity
items/TLIs, all rates provided for "Mixed Shipments"
(including Freight, All Kinds) shall apply only for such
shipments containing two (2) or more commodites per
container per shipment and no one commodity may exceed
70% of the total capacity of the container.
    
The carrier will be provided with a detail packing list of
the contents of each container and naming the merchant
shipping each commodity in the container.
     
For the purpose of this rule, the term "shipment" shall
mean a quantity of goods, tendered by one shipper on one
Bill of Lading at one origin at one time in one or more
containers for one consignee at one destination.
