All cargo must be properly and sufficiently packaged to
withstand damage due to normal handling in transit. If
shipper elects to forward improperly or insufficiently
protected cargo, Carrier may, at its option, accept same,
in which case bill of lading must bear the following
endorsement:
"Unprotected or insufficiently packed or protected cargo.
Accepted at owner's risk of damage."
