If cargo is tendered by an NVOCC, Carrier shall obtain
documentation that the NVOCC has a tariff and a bond as
required by the Shipping Act of 1984, as amended, and the
regulations of the Federal Maritime Commission set forth in
46 CFR Part 514.15(b)(24).  Carrier shall also require an
NVOCC to re-submit documentation to the carrier every six
(6) months as proof to the carrier that a tariff and a bond
remains on file with the Federal Maritime Commission on
behalf of the NVOCC.
