Subject to the following time/volume provisions:
 1. Valid from November 1, 2001 thru April 30, 2002.
 2. A Minimum of 10 revenue tons within the stated time
     period.
 
 3. The rate published is conditional upon receipt for 
     shipment of the stated aggregate minimum volume
     during the stated time period.
 
 4. An eligible shipper shall be any shipper providing
    written notice to the carrier under this time/volume
    rate agreement prior to tendering shipment.
    Enrollment must be in the name of the shipper
    making the application.  Carrier must notifiy
    shipper of the enrollment number assigned.
 
 5. Shipment records to be maintained to support
    application of the rates provided under this time/
    volume arrangement will be copies of bills of lading,
    which evidence performance  of relevant transportation 
    service.
 
 6. Except as specifically provided all rules, regulations,
    conditions and charges in this tariff are applicable to 
    this TVR.
    
 7. If, by the expiraiton date of this time/volume 
    arrangement, the aggregate minimum volume stipulated 
    has not been met by an eligible shipper, then shipper
    shall pay the difference between the TVR minimum and the
    actual quantity shipped at the TVR rate (If two or more
    rates are provided, the lowest rate shall apply) or
    shipments shall be re-rated at the tariff rate in effect
    at time of shipment, whichever produces the lowest
    total charge, except as indicated in paragraph (9).
 
 8. Shipments shall be counted towards only (1) TVR.
 
 9. In the event the shipper is unable to meet the required
    minimum due to force majeure or carrier's inability to
    carry cargo which has been booked, the minimum shall
    be reduced proportionally.
 
 10. Freight ton (F/T) is defined as 1 cubic meter or
    kiloton, whichever produces the highest revenue.
