For shipments of commodities, as specifically provided for
in this rule, when delivered to the Carrier in unitized
loads acceptable to the Carrier for stowage, safe handling
and suitable for mechanical handling, the weight and
measurement of the Pallet and Skid shall be excluded when
calculating freight cargoes, but such exclusion shall not
exceed ten percent (10%) of the total weight or measure-
ment of the cargo so palletized.
Bill of Lading will be issued to acknowledge receipt of a
given number of unitized loads said to contain a given
number of packages, and shall be claused:
  "Shipper's Load and Count, cargo covered by this Bill of
   Lading has been Unitized by the Shipper and Shipper has
   arranged for the Consignee and/or Receiver to take
   delivery of this shipment on the same pallets received
   from the Shipper by the Carrier."
A $3.00 reduction per R/T is authorized for palletized load
shipments on shipper's pallet received at C.F.S. at origin.
But no deduction shall be granted for containerized cargo
holding palletized loads received at C.Y. at origin.
Conditions of Carriage:
1. Each palletized load shall consist of one commodity under
   one tariff item at one rate having one mark, moving from
   one shipper to one consignee.
2. Each palletized load shall be a minimum of 0.54 Kilo Ton
   (1,200 lbs.) in weight or 1 Cubic Meter (35 Cft.) and a
   maximum of 2.03 Kilo Tons (4,480 lbs.) in weight.
3. In case both palletized & non-palletized cargo are mixed
   in one consignment, no deduction shall be granted for the
   portion of non-palletized cargo.
