All cargo loaded in or on containers or other transporting equipment may be
stowed on-deck or under-deck as required for optimum efficiency of
underlying VOCC's operations.  B/Ls, Certificates, Letters of Credit or
other documents requiring specific stowage will NOT be accepted by Carrier,
except when specific stowage is required by the regulations outlined in
Rule 16 or other governmental requirements.  Shippers may NOT request a
deviation from this provision.
