Premises at a Port or Point of Origin TO Pier Facilities or Terminals, Rail
Carrier's TOFC/COFC Ramp, or Consignee's Premises at a Port or Point of
Destination, VIA Local Direct Ocean or Through Service, or Joint 
Motor/Ocean, Rail/Ocean or Motor/Rail/Ocean Service, SBJ to the terms,
provisions and limitations named in the the SubRules to this Rule provided
in this Tariff and the governing Rules Tariff.
