Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages,
the Minimum Charge (M/C) for a single shipment moving on
a single Bill of Lading EXCLUSIVE of all additional
Assessorial Charges, Arbitraries and/or Surcharges named in
this Tariff will be as follows:
          
a. On W/M, W OR M Rated Shipments - the applicable Minimum
   Charge for a single LCL shipment shall be:
  
     Shipments containing any Hazardous Cargo:      USD 200.00
     Shipments NOT containing any Hazardous Cargo:  USD 150.00
            
b. On FCL PC Rated Shipments - the applicable charge for a
     single container unit.
         
c. On Lumpsum or Each Rated Shipments - The stated LS or
     EA Rate.
