The following described articles and property will NOT be accepted for
transportation under the terms, conditions, rates and charges named in
this Tariff or in any NRA, or on any Web Rate Page in Tariffs governed
by this Tariff, unless specifically agreed to, and authorized, by
Carrier:
  
a. Animals, live, domestic or wild, including pets or livestock;
  
b. Articles, or parts thereof, the transportation of which is prohibited in
   U.S. interstate or foreign commerce, or which is prohibited by
   applicable laws of other countries to or through which Carrier provides
   transportation service; and
  
c. Articles or cargo which because of its inherent characteristics are
   liable to impregnate, destroy or otherwise damage cargo, vessels, docks,
   piers, terminals, warehouses, or transporting/handling equipment; and
  
d. Class A and B Explosives and Radioactive Materials (See Rule 16); and
  
e. Green Salted Hides

f. Due to the recall of the Vehicles listed below, NY BAltic Auto Shipping
   Inc will not accept such Vehicles for transportation until such time as
   the recall has been listed OR unless Shipper certifies in writing that
   all issues requiring such recall have been rectified to Carrier's
   satisfaction:

                    2019-2023 Hyundai Santa Fe
                    2021-2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid
                    2022-2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Plug-In Hybrid
