Except as otherwise provided in individual NRAs, or Web Rate Pages in 
Tariffs governed by this Tariff, whenever a Vehicle tendered to Carrier 
for transportation is delivered, or becomes, non-operational due to 
mechanical, electrical, battery or engine failure or malfunction, flat
tire or any other cause whatsoever so that Vehicle can no longer be moved 
from one location to another as designed, and as a result Carrier must 
provide an additional towing, pulling, lifting or pushing service during 
transportation, Carrier will assess the applicable NON-OPERATING VEHICLE
SURCHARGE named herein, which charge shall be in addition to all other 
applicable charges.
        
  NON-0PERATING VEHICLE SURCHARGE -
    When Vehicle Tires need air added . . . . . Note 1 
    When Vehicle Flat Tires require repairs . . Note 1
        Cars  . . . . . . . . . Note 1
        Pickups . . . . . . . . Note 1
        Trailers  . . . . . . . Note 1
           
    NOTE 1: Charges from 3rd party service provided will be passed
       through at cost.
