All shipments of LCL Cargo shall be SUBJECT to the In-and-Out charges
named below to cover the placement of Cargo on Carrier's CFS Station
floor when such Cargo is required to be held in place while awaiting
Pick-Up by a Designated Party for Removal & Delivery to the Final
Consignee.  Such charge shall apply when Cargo is received at the CFS
Facilities listed below, which Charge shall be in addition to all other
Charges and/or Surcharges:
  
At Carrier's MIAMI CFS the In-and-Out Charges shall be:
