Except as otherwise provided on individual Web Rate Pages, all shipments
moving on the Rates named in this Tariff FROM/TO/THRU Ports and Points
in the United States named below TO/FROM/THRU Ports and Points in the
Countries named below are SBJ to the PEAK SEASON SURCHARGE (PSS) named
below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
    
a. On shipments FROM Miami, FL the applicable LCL PSS will be as
    follows:

b. FCL PASS-THRU DRAYAGE, INLAND ADJUSTMENT FACTOR, PSS or VID CHARGES:
   Except as otherwise provided on an individual Web Rate Pages (TLIs) in
   this Tariff, when an underlying VOCC named below assesses the Drayage,
   Inland Adjustment Factor, PSS or VID charge listed below, Malvar will
   pass thru such Drayage, Inland Adjustment Factor, PSS or VID charges for
   payment to the Shipper, Consignee or other party responsible for the
   payment of freight and charges.  Carrier will pass thru such charge, at
   cost, without markup and without absorbing any portion of such charge.
   Charges that are passed through for payment will be indicated clearly on
   Malvar's rated B/Ls and/or Freight Invoices as a separate line item.  It
   is understood that by booking Cargo with Malvar, Shipper agrees to the
   payment of the Drayage, PSS or VID charge idenitifed below in addition
   to Malvar's charges for freight and additional Tariff charges, and which
   charge shall be in addition to all other applicable freight and charges.
           
2.  APPLICABLE UNDERLYING VOCC CHARGE(S) THAT WILL BE PASSED THROUGH AS
    SPECIFED IN THE VOCC'S FEDERAL MARITIME COMMISSION REGULATED TARIFF
               OR SERVICE CONTRACT (SBJ to Note A below):
