Except as otherwise specifically provided on a Web Rate Page in this
Tariff, when as a result of the weight of cargo and container, use of
special Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment is required to move container on land,
Carrier will arrange to provide such Tri-Axle Chassis Equipment and assess
the Tri-Axle Chassis Usage Charge (TRIAX) named below, which charge shall
be in addition to all other applicable charges.
  
FCL Shipments moving via Crowley Caribbean Services LLC which require the
use of a Tri-Axle Chassis will be assessed the Tri-Axle Chassis Usage
Charge (TRIAX) below, which charge shall be in addition to all other
applicable charges.
  
   When a Tri-Axle Chassis is required for PC20 Equipment TRIAX Charge
{CA} will be:    USD75.00 per Container.
  
   When a Tri-Axle Chassis is required for PC40 Equipment TRIAX Charge
{CA} will be:   USD125.00 per Container.
