If a cargo/shipment is not loaded aboard the vessel for which it has
been booked as the result of Shipper or Consignee request, Cargo
Inspection, Customs Hold Order, Missing Documentation, or any other
cause beyond Carrier's control, any and all Rollover Charges, delayed
Handling Charges, and/or Terminal Demurrage Charges that are incurred
as a result of such delay will be for the account of the cargo and
Carrier will advance such amounts for payment with freight and other
charges, SBJ to the provisions of Rule 2.11.
