Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, whenever
a Vehicle tendered to Carrier for transportation is
delivered, or becomes, non-operational due to mechanical,
electrical, battery or engine failure or malfunction, flat
tire or any other cause whatsoever so that Vehicle can no
longer be moved from one location to another as designed,
and as a result Carrier must provide an additional towing,
pulling, lifting or pushing service during transportation,
Carrier will assess the applicable NON-OPERATING VEHICLE
SURCHARGE named herein, which charge shall be in addition
to all other applicable charges.
        
  NON-0PERATING VEHICLE SURCHARGE:  US$ 50.00 per Vehicle
   
  NOTE 1: Surcharge on Trailers applies ONLY when a Trailer
   cannot be freely towed as designed.
