Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff TO/THRU
United States Ports To the Ports are SBJ to the TERMINAL
HANDLING and/or LANDING CHARGES (THC) provided below, which
charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
a. TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES:
   
 1. All Cargo transported in Shipper loaded Containers (See
    Rule 2.23) moving on FCL/TL rates will be SBJ a
    Terminal Handling Charges of:
   
      US$  10.00 PC10X
      US$  75.00 PC20X
      US$ 150.00 PC40X
    
 2. All Cargo delivered to Carrier's Terminal for loading
    into Carrier's Containers will be SBJ to a Terminal
    Handling Charge of:
    
      US$  11.00 W/M, as freighted
    
 3. All Vehicles will be SBJ to a Terminal Handling Charge
    of:
    
      US$  25.00 per Automobile
      US$  35.00 per Automobile (Containerized)
    
      US$  35.00 per Truck Not Exceeding 3 Tons
      US$  50.00 per Truck Exceeding 3 Tons but Not
                   Exceeding 6 Tons
      US$ 100.00 per Truck Exceeding 6 Tons but Not
                   Exceeding 10 Tons
      US$ 200.00 per Truck Exceeding 10 Tons
   
 4. All Northbound Shipments of Frozen Beef tendered to
    Carrier at Puerto Cortes will be SBJ to the following
    additional Terminal Handling Charges:
   
      US$  75.00 for Reefer Maintenance
      US$  85.50 for Puerto Cortes Wharfage
     
   
b. LANDING CHARGES:
    
 1. All Cargo destined to PUERTO CORTES will be SBJ to a
    Landing Charge of:
    
      US$  15.00 W/M, as freighted
    
 2. All Cargo destined to ROATAN will be SBJ to a Landing
    Charge of:
    
      US$  10.00 W/M, as freighted, SBJ to a minimum charge
                    of US$ 10.00 per B/L.
