a. When cargo, such as Hay, Straw or other Cargo which is
   liable by its nature to lose weight or substance by
   attrition, evaporation, etc. during transportation, or
   while in the possession of Carrier, is accepted by
   Carrier for transportation service, Carrier shall be
   responsible ONLY for the delivery of the proper number
   of packages, bales, cartons, etc. at destination.  No
   claims for overcharge or overpaid freight charges will
   be accepted or honored on the basis of the landed weight
   or measurement at destination on such cargo.
  
b. Plants, Trees, Shrubs, Grass Sod and similar Items or
   Cargo will be accepted ONLY for on deck stowage during
   transportation at Cargo Owner's risk.
   
c. Glassware, Crockery and all fragile items or property in
   packages, as well as all unpackage Items will be
   accepted and transported ONLY at Cargo Owner's risk of
   breakage or loss.
   
d. Fresh Milk, Bleach, Oils, Paint and other liquids will
   be accepted and transported ONLY at Cargo Owner's risk
   of breakage and/or leakage.
   
e. All Cargo requiring transport on deck will be accepted
   ONLY at Cargo Owner's risk.
