shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff TO/THRU
United States Ports FROM/THRU the Ports named below are SBJ
to the TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES (THC) provided below,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
   
a. ORIGIN TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGE
   FROM/THRU Ports in Australia:

b. DESTINATION TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGE
