Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff TO
Ports and Points in the United States FROM/THRU Ports in
Australia are SBJ to the INTERIM FUEL ASSESSMENT (IFA) /
EMERGENCY BUNKER SURCHARGE (EBAF) named below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
