| empty, unloaded container to the destination Rail Ramp from | |
| which it was removed (unless return to another location is | |
| authorized by Carrier). After the expiration of Free time | |
| any Per Diem Detention or Demurrage Charges assessed by | |
| underlying Rail Carrier, Vessel Operator or Container owner | |
| that is assessed will be for the account of the Cargo; | |
| all invoices for such Detention or Demurrage Charges will | |
| be forwarded by the Carrier to the Consignee for payment | |
| (SBJ to Rule 12). | |
