                REFERENCE IS MADE HERETO)
     
All shipments moving on the Rates named in this Tariff
making specific reference to this Rule are SBJ to the
Destination Terminal Service Charges (TSC) named below,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.  The TSC Charges named herein apply ONLY on a
"collect" basis unless otherwise specified.
     
      The TSC Shall be  -  $ 225.00 per container
