When specific reference is made to this Rule, the rates and
charges named in the Rate Item referencing this Rule will
also apply on shipments destined to the U.S. inland points
named below, when moving via the U.S. Port/Rail Ramp
specified, SBJ to the additional charges named in the
Inland Rate Table herein, which charge shall be in
addition to all other applicable rates and charges.
