Except when Rates are published to apply on shipments
moving in 20 ft. or 40 ft. Hi-Cube containers, rates
applying on all shipments moving in 20 ft or 40 ft Hi-Cube
Containers will be calculated as follows: 
     
a. Determine the applicable 40 ft. dry van container rate.
   (If no applicable 40 ft. dry van rate is published,
   rates for shipments moving in 20 ft. or 40 ft. Hi-Cube
   Containers CANNOT be calculated using this Rule.)
     
b. On shipments moving in 20 ft. Containers, the rate will
   be 75% (seventy-five percent) of the applicable 40 ft.
   dry van rate, rounded to the nearest $5.00.
     
c. On shipments moving in 40 ft. Hi-Cube Containers, the
   rate will be 112.5% (one-hundred twelve and one-half
   percent) of the applicable 40 ft. dry van rate, rounded
   to the nearest $5.00.
