Except as otherwise provided in an individual NRA, or on a Web Rate Page
in a Rate Tariff governed by this Tariff, when due to no fault, negligence
or error on the part of the Carrier, Ingram is required or requested to
hold a container (storage - STOR) at any location (Port, Rail or Truck
Terminal), including after Pre-Pull or Stop Off Service is requested or
required, Ingram will assess the Storage Charge listed below, which charge
shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.  Storage charges will
continue to be assessed until Ingram is notified that Shipper, Consignee,
Underlying VOCC or Rail Carrier is ready to accept container for loading,
unloading or transport.
  
a. Container STOR CHARGES apply when Shipper, Consignee or their Agent
    requires or requests a Container be held at Port, Rail or Carrier's
    nominated terminal or depot WITHOUT a semi-Truck attached:
