a. When Carrier is required to obtain a Standard Chassis in order to
   transport a Container from or to Shipper's or Consignee's premises, a
   Container Yard, a Rail Ramp or Pier/Wharf facilities, Carrier will make
   arrangements to obtain an appropriate Chassis and will assess the
   Chassis Rental Charge named below, which charge shall be in addition
   to all other applicable charges.

b. When Carrier is required to obtain an Overweight TriAxle Chassis in
   order to transport a Container exceeding axle weight limits from or to
   Shipper's or Consignee's premises, a Container Yard, a Rail Ramp or
   Pier/Wharf facilities, Carrier will make arrangements to obtain the
   appropriate TriAxle Chassis and will assess the Chassis Rental Charge
   named below, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
   charges.
