Shipments moving on Carrier B/Ls, accorded Driver Standby Service from
Shipper's premises or to Consignee's premises (i.e. Door Service) at
points in the United States, will be permitted the Free Time specified
in paragraphs a. and b. to Load or Unload a Container.  After the
expiration of the specified Free Time in paragraphs a. and b., Carrier
will assess the Truck Detention Charges provided in paragraph c., which
charge shall be in addition to all other charges.  Truck Detention
Charges will be assessed to the party incurring the Detention Charges
regardless of whether the shipment is prepaid or collect.
           
a. FREE TIME AT UNITED STATES ORIGIN POINTS:  When Carrier provides
   Driver Standby Service at origin, Shipper, or their agent, will be
   allowed the Free Time specified herein to load the Container at
   Shipper's premises.  Free Time will commence upon Trucker's delivery
   of a Container ready to load at the Shipper's facility specified in the
   Carrier's B/L.  Calculation of loading time will cease when Container is
   loaded, sealed (if seal is used), all necessary documents have been
   provided to the Trucker, and Trucker with Container is released to begin
   transportation movement.  If Trucker with Container is not released by
   the time Free Time expires, the Truck Detention Charges named in
   paragraph c. will be assessed for all time consumed until Truck with
   Tank Container is released.
  
     FREE TIME:  On Container Equipment:        1 Hour 
          
b. FREE TIME AT UNITED STATES DESTINATION POINT:  When Carrier provides
   Driver Standby Service at destination, Consignee, or their agent,
   will be allowed the Free Time specified herein to unload the Container
   at Consignee's premises. Free Time will commence upon Trucker's delivery
   of a loaded Container ready to be unloaded at the Consignee's
   facilities.  Calculation of unloading time will cease when Container has
   been unloaded, is empty and rough cleaned, all necessary documents have
   been exchanged with the Trucker, and Trucker with Empty Container is
   released for further service.  If Trucker with Emty Container is not 
   released by the time Free Time is ended, the Truck Detention Charges
   named in paragraph c. will be assessed for all time consumed until Truck
   with Container is released.
  
     FREE TIME:  On Container Equipment:        1 Hour 
   
c. TRUCK DETENTION CHARGES:  After the expiration of Free Time as
   specified above in paragraphs a. and b., the Truck Detention Charges
   specified below will be assessed for all time consumed Truck with
   Container waits until released.  Truck Detention Charges apply per
   hour, or fraction thereof.

d. FREE TIME AND DETENTION AT PORT FACILITIES OR RAIL RAMPS: When Carrier
   is required to remain at a Port Facility or Rail Ramp waiting to pickup
   or deliver an empty or loaded container, Carrier will allow the Free
   Time shown below for the Container to be securely attached to a chassis,
   the chassis to be securely attached to the truck, for all necessary
   documents to be provided to the Trucker, and for Trucker with Container
   to be released to begin transportation movement.  After the expiration
   of Free Time, Carrier will assess the Detention Charges specified below,
   which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.
