a. CONTAINER APPOINTMENT/RESTRICTED PICKUP DELIVERY CHARGE
   When Carrier is required to remove an empty or loaded container from a
   Container Yard, Rail Ramp, Pier Facility, Shipper's premises or
   Consignee's premises on a scheduled date and/or time, OR when such
   removal is from or to a restricted location (which requires prior
   approval and scheduleing) or for any other reason other than than
   Carrier's convenience, including but not limited to, Shipper's or
   Consignee's required or scheduled pickup or delivery time, availability
   of the Container, the Container Facility's hours of operation, or the
   nature of the commodity, Carrier will assess the Appointment/Restricted
   Pickup/Delivery Charge shown below, which charge shall be in addition to
   all other applicable charges.

b. CONTAINER PRE-PULL/EARLY PICKUP DELIVERY CHARGE
   When Carrier is requested or required to provide Pre-Pull or Early
   Removal Service (i.e. when a container must be pulled or removed earlier
   than originally requested or scheduled due to appointment change, area
   congestion, Dry Run request or equipment availability) Carrier will
   assess the Pre-Pull/Early Removal Service Charge listed below, which
   charge shall be in addition to all other applicable charges, EXCEPT when
   the Pre-Pull/Early Removal charge below is assessed, Carrier will NOT
   assess the appointments charge listed in paragraph a. herein, EXCEPT
   when a Dry Run Service is provided, then both the charge below and in
   paragraph a. WILL be assessed.

c. BOBTAIL/PICKUP-DELIVERY FAILURE (BOBTAIL) CHARGE
   When Carrier despatches a truck at the request of Shipper or Consignee
   to Pickup an empty or loaded Container at a Container Yard, Rail Ramp,
   Pier Facility, Shipper's premises or Consignee's premises, and due to no
   fault of the Carrier, Container removal cannot be accomplished, Carrier
   will assess the Empty Bobtail Charge shown below, which charge shall be
   in additionl to all other applicable charges.

d. DROP AND PICK SERVICE CHARGE
   When Carrier is requested or required to Drop Off, and then leave, a
   loaded Container (for Stripping) at Consignee's designated location, or
   to Drop Off, and then leave, an empty Container (for loading) at
   Shipper's designated location, and then required to return at a later
   time to pickup the loaded or empty container, Carrier will assess the
   drop and Pick Charge shown below, which charge shall be in additionl to
   all other applicable charges.
