EXCEPTION to Rule 2.1 -
Except as otherwise provided in individual rate Items
(TLIs), Carrier will assess the Container Stripping Fees
(CUdD) named below on shipments originating at the ports and
points named herein when destined to Carrier's nominated
Container Freight Stations (i.e. destination service
designation is "S") at the ports and points provided,
which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges.
    
a. On Shipments FROM/THRU; Ports in Bangladesh, Brunei,
    Cambodia, China, East Timor, Hong Kong, India,
    Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar (Burma),
    Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka,
    Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam
  
 1. TO: Carrier's nominated Container Freight Stations in:
         the NY Destination Group
  
{A} EFFECTIVE 29 April 2009:
     The CUdC will be: US$ 15.00 W/M, as freighted, SBJ to
      a Minimum Charge of US$35.00 per B/L.
    
b. On Shipments FROM/THRU: Ports in Albania, Belgium,
    Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland,
    France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Iceland,
    Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Isle
    of Man, Monaco, Republic of Montenegro, Netherlands,
    Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia,
    Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Ukraine
   
 1. TO: Carrier's nominated Container Freight Stations in:
         the NY Destination Group
