Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff Between
the Ports and Points named herein are SBJ to the TERMINAL
HANDLING CHARGES (THC) provided below, which charge shall
be in addition to all other applicable charges.
   
 1. On LCL Shipments FROM/THRU: Ports in Albania, Belgium,
     Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland,
     France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Iceland,
     Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Isle
     of Man, Monaco, Republic of Montenegro, Netherlands,
     Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia,
     Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Ukraine
   
  A. TO: Carrier's nominated Container Freight Stations in:
          the NY Destination Group
  
{A} EFFECTIVE 29 April 2009:
     The THC will be: US$ 25.00 W/M, as freighted, SBJ to a
      Minimum Charge of US$55.00 per B/L

  B. TO: Carrier's nominated Container Freight Stations in:
          Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; Miami, FL; Norfolk,
          VA; and Savannah, GA
  
    EFFECTIVE 26 April 2009:
     The THC will be: US$ 25.00 W/M, as freighted, SBJ to a
      Minimum Charge of US$55.00 per B/L
