Except as otherwise provided in individual TLIs, all
shipments moving on the rates named in this Tariff between
the Ports and Points named below will be SBJ to the
EQUIPMENT IMBALANCE/REPOSITIONING SURCHARGE (EIS) as
provided, which charge shall be in addition to all other applicable
charges:
      
a. On LCL Shipments FROM/THRU: Ports in Albania, Belgium,
    Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland,
    France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Iceland,
    Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Isle
    of Man, Monaco, Republic of Montenegro, Netherlands,
    Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Slovenia,
    Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom, and Ukraine
   
 1. TO: Carrier's nominated Container Freight Stations in:
         Atlanta, GA; Charleston, SC; Miami, FL; Norfolk, 
         VA; and Savannah, GA
